Welcome to Serena Cartwright at Salon Chic Downtown. Have you been searching for a stylist that strives to exceed your expectations of Beauty and Wellness. Search no longer. I have been a licensed cosmetologist for over 20 years I graduated from Cosmetology school in Austin,TX where I practiced the art of hair for many years. I now reside in New Braunfels, TX and have found my home at Salon Chic Downtown. I have extensive knowledge in Hair Styling, Hair Cuts and Color Techniques and have continued my education in order to keep up with the latest fashion and trends happening today. I have recently been certified in Eyelash Extension Applications as well as Certification in the art of Permanent Cosmetics. I have volunteered with the American Cancer Society in the " Look Good Feel Better" program and with my new certifications I will give back to my community by offering my services to cancer patients regardless of their ability to pay.
